I have gained many things from the wellness program, including the appreciation of the benefits and need to achieve long-term balance, as opposed to mere short-term, temporary “fixes”.

What I’ve gained from Dr Bahadorani’s wellness program is that I went back to graduate school, I have set goals, I have a sense of overall wellness I did not have, I have basically changed my entire life due to the wellness program and I cannot recommend this enough, it is amazing!

Before the program, I was very reactive with health and wellness. I would take care of my wellness as a reaction to something, be it stress, or a reaction to my body, or something else. Now, even though I don't have as much time, I am proactive with my wellness. I stretch, I take my vitamins, I am conscious and aware of my actions, and I have an overall lower level of stress (despite having more going on in my life) than I did before the program.

I don't let stressful events control my life as much as I did before the program. I still experience stress, but I realize it is natural, and I am more prepared to handle it than I was in the past.

Some of the health behaviors I gained that have improved my quality of life are that I stretch daily, I take vitamins daily, I take time for daily mindfulness, I take time to appreciate myself, and I take time for self-care.

I have learned I do have talents that other people see and I've learned it's never too late to follow your dreams.

I would describe my experience with Dr Bahadorani as magical. She helped transform my life in a manner I never imagined was possible.

I immediately knew that I would gain something from working with Dr Bahadorani. She's easy to trust and was interested in all aspects of my life. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my wins with her, and felt comforted by her in sharing my challenges. My wellness has improved to the point where it is a natural component of my life, not just something I feel is a burden I must approach once in a while, as I have complete understanding of the meaning of wellness now. Dr Bahadorani helped me with all aspects of wellness, and because of it, my life is completely different. I am so grateful to have had this experience!
